Asians joke about how white people don‘t season their food BUT BOY WERE WE WRONG. The spices and cookIng style used for the scrambled tofu was beyond what I expected. Soft, tasteful, fragrant and with the perfect textures. Not a great photo but I promise the flavours will not disappoint
