This plant-based smoked salmon from Unity Diner in London was a nice blend of smoky
and salty with a nice tender texture. It came with a soy based caviar that was very interesting and tasted pleasant. I have never tried caviar or smoked salmon before so I don’t know how it compares but it was really cool to be able to try this replica. My only criticism was that the portion was quite small and it was one of the most expensive “small plates” on the menu. Overall, it was tasty and definitely worth trying.
