Salmon Sashimi

Can you believe this is vegan? The resemblance is unbelievable.
The taste is also very

good. I am personally not really into the taste of “smoked” food so this did not make it the best dish ever tried but stills deserves a try.

Great service and love the restaurant but make sure you book before going

Another try of vegan salmon sashimi. This dish was much better than my experience with

Wasabi’s zalmon nigiri. The pieces in this dish were suuuper thin so that the texture could’ve resembled salmon. It tasted as though it had been cured or dipped in soy sauce so not entirely inaccurate.

Smoked salmon sashimi! They really nailed the flavour and texture. There also these little caviar

balls that I think are made from soy sauce.
