Union Pacific Style French Toast

This restaurant has a separate vegan menu with many options. The meal was very tasty and everything went well together. A little bit lacking in flavor, but food came out quickly, and was warm and comforting.

French toast made out of ciabatta bread, tofu scramble with peppers and onions and, and vegan sausage links. It was all really good, but the French toast was a little soggy.
