Un Cheesecake

Cheesecake was one of my favorite desserts before going vegan. It’s hard for me to find a vegan cheesecake that i like and doesn’t taste like coconut. This one from Aux Vivres was perfect 👌 it had the right texture and flavor. The crust and sauce was delicious and best of all, it didn’t taste like coconut oil! 😋

This cheesecake was amazing! The crust was delicious and a bit lighter than most cheesecakes.
