U Mian Dry

The youmian dry with veggie soup is their recommended dish and also the dish I usually order when I dine in. However, sad to know that today is Xuan Miao Veg stall last day of operation for the Jurong Point branch. But glad they still have 2 more other outlets.👌🏻

Nice texture of noodles besides the amazing taste of the sauce! Friendly uncle offered to add some spicy oil in (if you don’t mind some garlic) which tasted really good with the noodles :) The portion was big and the soup was bland, which complimented the noodles well. Generally satisfying at the price of $6.5

Serving is huge, with generous amount of green leafy vegetables (苋菜). There is some small mushrooms. The "tofu" is actually mock fishcake. Choice of noodle is the ban mian variety plus kuay teow.

U Mian really nice! It's kinda like zha jiang mian, I like! Soup is same as meehoonkuay soup, and as usual vegetables serving is huge. Yumz! #vegan #noodle
