This is the first time that I have had a raw lasagne. I thought it
may not be filling but it certainly was! Absolutely delicious too and quite possibly my new favourite dish on the menu!

The dish was beautiful and very rich and flavourful. I had a little trouble finishing
it as the tomato component was very intense, but thoroughly enjoyed it!
