Really nice taste but the tofu wasn't as firm as other tofish I've had. Maybe
needed to be pressed more #animalsnow
I thoroughly enjoyed this dish - which I purchased as a take-away meal. They've got
the beer battered tofu just right. Soft and succulent in the middle, with the perfect crisp, beer batter on the outside. Remarkably fishy tasting, salty and light; accompanied by delicious chunky chips, pea puree and tartare sauce - again excellent. I really cannot fault this dish. The portion size could be slightly larger, but you can appreciate the quality here.
Bit disappointing - small bit of tofu, not many chips and hardly any mushy peas.
Really big lumps of salt were a bit crunchy. Probably wouldn't get it again.
