Turmeric Rice with soup and salad

Turmeric is great in so many ways. This set meal also includes mango salad, tofu, and soup.

Monday is usually the surprise day at Eco-Harmony Cafe when we don’t know what the specials will be. Today was a very happy surprise.

The sauce and soup were particularly tasty without approaching too spicy.

I’m trying to add more turmeric to my diet, as it’s supposed to be good for brain. So, I was happy to see this in the menu. #crfsg
