This was a really good #vegantuna sandwich. It uses Good Catch/ Wicked Kitchen tuna and it tasted delicious. The flavour was very realistic and a had great texture. The only drawback was the bread -
I feel like #sourdough in the US is not the same as sourdough in Europe. But if they used a better quality bread, this sandwich would be near perfect.
The place is very nice and it was lovely to sit outside during a very pleasant autumnal day. There is an elephant in the room though - this place is still not fully vegan. Come on Butcher’s Daughter, just go vegan already! #nyc #vegannyc
