I stopped at Tsushi Cafe today, as I was relatively close by and had never
been to thr actual location before (just have seen them at festivals over the years). It was packed inside! So busy at 3pm on a Wednesday! Which is fantastic for them. It felt like a high-end spa onside lol very swanky! #swanky
I called ahead and asked them.what the #soupoftheday was and when they said "#creamy #mushroom and #onion", I confirmed if they had any left and that I would be there soon lol!
This was $6.80 for the small and after tax and tip I gave them $8 cash. I liked how they added some seasoning on top. Also, the fully #compostablepackaging was nice to see. The cute fish stamp on the outside was also cool (pic #3).
I liked it! It was very different having a cheezy mushroom soup. You could really taste the processed #cheeze in it. However, the abundance of onions was incredible (you can see in pic #2 that onion was the first ingredient)! They were sliced thin and long, so they absorbed the soup well. It was also packed with mushrooms. It was really good overall, and I found myself craving it later lol! Very #unique.
