Truth & Tonic is a 100% vegan restaurant located in the
Canyon Ranch section of the Venetian Hotel/Resort (4th floor) in Las Vegas. You can only go to this restaurant if you’re a guest at the hotel, or if you know about it. It is not located among other publicly accessible shops, allowing you to accidentally find it. If you’re not a guest, you have to sign in with a security guard who will allow you to go to the 4th floor to the restaurant. Thankfully, I had looked it up before my trip. It’s only open until 2:00 pm.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked if I minded it being a 100% vegan restaurant. My response was “Absolutely not. That’s why I’m here.” 😊 It’s Las Vegas’ only 100% vegan restaurant!
I decided to have a very healthy Vegas Recovery Juice. I wasn’t suffering from any hangover or rough night, but was just simply looking for something healthy. This juice is a blend of beets, apple, ginger, orange, pomegranate, green tea and kale. Despite it being a little strong on the ginger, it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients are all natural and healthy.
Throughout the day, I felt energetic unlike other days on this trip. Maybe I needed the boost.
The juice was $10 US. The service was fast, friendly and excellent.  I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in Las Vegas. 
The only negative comment I have is regarding the use of a straw. It wasn’t required, and frankly, a waste.
