Truth & Tonic is a 100% vegan restaurant located in
the Canyon Ranch section of the Venetian Hotel/Resort (4th floor) in Las Vegas. You can only go to this restaurant if you’re a guest at the hotel, or if you know about it. It is not located among other publicly accessible shops, allowing you to accidentally find it. If you’re not a guest, you have to sign in with a security guard who will allow you to go to the 4th floor of the hotel to the restaurant. Thankfully, I had looked it up before my trip. It’s only open until 2:00 pm.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked if I minded it being a 100% vegan restaurant. My response was “Absolutely not. That’s why I’m here.” 😊 It’s Las Vegas’ only 100% vegan restaurant!
I rarely order dessert in a restaurant, but I decided to today because I was in a 100% vegan restaurant. The reason is that simple! It’s always comforting, knowing that you don’t have to ask for any modifications to be made to any of the menu items to accommodate your vegan lifestyle. The entire menu is available to you.
This banana bread was so fresh. The slice was thick. I really wanted a second slice, but refrained. Of course, the accompanying butter was also vegan.
The banana bread was $5 US. The service was fast, friendly and excellent.  I definitely recommend that you support this restaurant if you’re in Las Vegas.
