Truth & Tonic is a 100% vegan restaurant located in
the Canyon Ranch section of the Venetian Hotel/Resort (4th floor) in Las Vegas. You can only go to this restaurant if you’re a guest at the hotel, or if you know about it. It is not located among other publicly accessible shops, allowing you to accidentally find it. If you’re not a guest, you have to sign in with a security guard who will allow you to go to the 4th floor of the hotel to the restaurant. Thankfully, I had looked it up before my trip. It’s only open until 2:00 pm.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked if I minded it being a 100% vegan restaurant. My response was “Absolutely not. That’s why I’m here.” 😊 It’s Las Vegas’ only 100% vegan restaurant!
I certainly did not think my frittata would look like the first photo. It was so beautifully and artistically presented. I thought the salad would have been on the side, but instead, it was on top. Brilliant!
The taste was magnificent. There were so many flavours in every forkful. You can see the various ingredients in the first photo. The chipotle aioli was a little spicy; no complaints from me. Without hesitation, I’d order this again.

The chorizo frittata was $19 US. The service was fast, friendly and excellent.  I definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in Las Vegas.
