This was a nice twist on traditional fries! I shared them with a friend, as we both had salads for our mains. There was plenty to go around - you could share these as a larger group, certainly.
The truffle is not too overpowering at all so if you’re iffy on truffle, don’t be put off. The fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside. The béarnaise dip is a delicious and unique pairing.
Definitely recommend trying these!
