Truffle Mushroom Lentil Loaf

i was pleasantly surprised by this loaf! i enjoyed the texture, and the mushroom flavor shone through. to me, the texture was similar to a veggie burger (one made as a vegetable patty rather than replicating meat), but it was something i enjoyed.

The mushroom sauce together with the lentil loaf are a match made in heaven! Sides are also very well cooked, and balanced out the dish. This is super filling! Be ready to have some leftovers ;)
