I really appreciate that this restaurant took the time to make vegan dessert options because
a lot of nonvegan restaurants that have a vegan menu have zero vegan desserts. I was so excited when I heard they added a vegan tiramisu because I’ve never seen any restaurant have a vegan tiramisu. I think this tiramisu is good overall when you aren’t comparing it to a typical tiramisu. It doesn’t taste like any of the tiramisus I’ve had before going vegan. Usually they have multiple layers of crème and ladyfingers. This one has chocolate chips at the bottom and is mostly just cake with whipped cream at the top. It kinda tastes like a chocolate chip muffin with whipped cream on top but it still has the coffee flavor that tiramisu has. It’s delicious in its own way but a little disappointing when you’re expecting a typical tiramisu
