Portobello mushroom, sautéed onions & red bell peppers over brown rice, mole sauce, topped with

pumpkin seeds, cashew sour cream, pico de gallo, hemp seeds, avocado & sunflower sprouts. Serving was very generous. I was already full after eating 1 of the enchiladas, and gave the other to my friend. We both agreed that it was ok. I don't think I'd get it again, but it's certainly very healthy. I think some 'cheese' would have given it the extra flavor that I felt was lacking. Actually, I was really eyeing the macaroni, but I don't know what caused me to say enchiladas, so that might have been part of the reason why I was a bit disappointed since I was craving cheese. But if I lived here in San Diego, this place would definitely be one of my regulars. Their other entrees look and sound amazing, and the surrounding is beautiful, overlooking the ocean. I would probably also participate in one of their exercise classes, like aerial yoga.
