Mushroom Fried Rice (veganised)

We always come to this bar and recently they have added more Vegetarian dishes to the menu! This is their Mushroom Fried rice, veganised. Original recipe has eggs in it. Mushrooms are so generous in this dish. Nothing much. Just mushrooms. But as an avid mushroom lover, I got no problem with that! Do come over here to support them so they are inspired to bring in more plant based dishes!
