Traditional Mee Hoon Kuey

My favourite dish at my favourite place! Handpulled meehoon kueh is the best, and Xuan Miao does it so damn good, please come try it if you haven’t, only available at their Bedok outlet!!

The mee hoon kuey is handmade and has a nice chewy texture. The soup is non spicy but I’ve added chili oil and chili padi to mine and make it spicy. They also have the Tom yum soup version if you like that.
