The jackfruit torta is delicious! Comes with lettuce, tomato, rice, beans, guacamole and your choice of protein.

This is a full vegan Mexican restaurant and they offer's so many options. On Tuesdays, they have a Torta (Sandwich) special which comes with a Agua Fresca (beverage) of your choice and a free cupcake. The sandwich also comes with a side of french fries (or) curly fries and it's only $12.00 (USD) for everything 😋 Even though I prefer a simple veggies torta, I decided to try it with protein and it was definitely yummy. I was looking forward to the jackfruit but they were out so I went with "Pastor" instead. I'm not sure how to describe the flavor other than it was definitely flavorful and savory and even though it was yummy, it's not a flavor I will crave or will eat frequently. I enjoy bland foods so this faux "pastor" might have a little more seasoning than I prefer. It's not "hot" spicy but it definitely has a lot of flavor so if you enjoy juicy, faux meats with heavy seasoning, you'll love this 😋 The faux meat had an awesome texture too so that's a huge bonus 👌🏼 Along with the protein, the sandwich also comes with rice, beans, and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream.
