Tonkotsu Style Ramen

Incredibly flavourful broth! With vegetables and a "vegan egg" kind of thing. I really enjoyed this, I wanted the broth to be double size! #veganramen #veganinberlin #veganegg

This was pretty mid 🤷‍♀️ Once again not gao enough and just salty 🫤 The #chashu was impressive, but nothing I haven’t seen 👀 albeit in a different context. The #veganegg was just #tofu and overall this could have used some #kalanamak 💁‍♀️ I’m sorry, but with a little effort you can get just as much from a packet of #instantramen by Ippudo 🍜 Then again, €12,90 is hella value 🙌
