I was surprised by this stew which tasted much like a fusion dish! it was like a mix of minestrone but with soft tofu with lots of veggies so that was nice
The get together of western style tomato soup and Korean soft tofu stew~ tomato-ey and a lil spicy with generous portion of ingredients~ belly nice~ me love~~~ 🍅🌱
