I know I make sweeping statements, but this is my favourite meal in the entire world. It would be my last meal if I were ever to be on death row. For my bridal shower, I want this to be on my registry. I would want to eat this ever meal of my life if I were on a deserted island.
The unreal broth is just the gateway to this unmatched dish. The noodles, the assortment of the best veggies, the TOMATO CHUNKS(!), the 2 types of tofu...it is perfection in a bowl. This place knows me based on this order: "Hello pick up for tom yang vermicelli soup please". "Is this Stephanie?" Ahah A monthly staple and if I lived closer, it would be a weekly staple. When I move to my next place, I need to make sure I am within a 30 min radius of Zen Gardens.
