Tom Kha Soup

A rich but not overly creamy soup. Very refreshing and contains a lot of herbs, vegetables and mushrooms.

This Tom Kha soup from Mak Mak is one of the most refined versions of this soup I have tasted. Served in a young coconut shell with a light but creamy coconut soup with a generous portion of different vegetables. I particularly enjoyed some of the young coconut flesh from the shell in my soup.
