I'm not the biggest fan of tofu but I seriously enjoyed this. Also filled me up for the day!
Tofu scramble with bagel. LOVED the tofu. I think I’ll order rye or other health toast next time though.
My favourite tofu scramble by far, delicious flavour and my go-to breakfast.
