Tofu Scramble

My favorite tofu scramble when super hungry and in need of a big portion!

This was the only vegan toast option when I went, tofu scramble with tomatoes and avo. A little tofu heavy for my taste.

An average tofu scramble with light, fluffy tofu, fresh tomatoes and avocado topped on locally sources bread. Can’t go wrong #alv

The tofu scramble was not dried out which was great, and it came with delicious tomatoes and avocados. Super delicious, one of the best scramble roasts on my trip.
