Our favourite dish of the day ☺️ Mind you, there were so many excellent contenders on their #dimsum menu, so whittling the options down was hard work. Glad we got this one right! 🙂 The gloriously golden and #crispy #taupok was the receptacle in which was presented the equally delectable #rojak mix of #beansprouts, #peanut shavings, #cucumber strips, and the most heavenly #sweetsauce you could ever want 😋 #drool 🤤
The very concept of this was never ever going to be #toohealthy, but this was perhaps about as far as anyone could do with damage limitation. Not too much grease, moderate amount of sweet sauce and leaning on the natural moisture of the taupok to do the work, etc. 😉
