Tofu Parcels

For starters we both had the phyllo parcels filled with tofu and spinach, presented on a bed of baba ganoush, with some edamame beans, artichokes and bell pepper - really tasty! Bowl’d is a trendy and seemingly very popular restaurant - a bit too trendy and popular (and noisy) for us 😜 On the plus side, they have clearly marked vegan sections on the menu!

This dish is a taste explosion. Crispy phyllo pastry encasing a mixture of tofu, spinach and harissa on a bed of baba ganoush and marinated artichokes. Yum! Loved every bite. #VeganIn2020
