Tofu Omelette With Filling Served With Toasted Bread

I think I added avocado for £1 or something, and it was a good decision! The omelette was pretty nice but the feta had this smell a bit too strong for me, and the bread wasn’t exactly my taste as I like crispy toasty bread and this one was more dense and chewy. I liked the fried spinach and onion a lot though! Pretty nice in general. #abillionturns3

Very tasty and had that ‘Omelette’ taste. The filling consisted of Spinach, Mushroom and Vegan Feta which was delicious! Quite expensive for the dish but it was 50% off all food and drink when I visited. 🍳
