Tofu Moussaka with Rice

Two of my favorites cooked together - tofu and eggplant! There's vegan cheese too! The eggplant is really well cooked, love it! Staff is really pleasant and friendly (well, it's taiwan). Food is yumz!! #vegan #lstw2019
