Tofu Miso Pasta (V)

Delicious miso taste sauce with penne pasta. The savory and umami of mushroom & miso matches so well. Yummy !

Pasta was too hard and hard to chew. Probably should remind them on this on next order. Personally - a little too salty. Overall is okay with the generous ingredients like edamame, pumpkin, mushroom, alfalfa sprouts and tofu.

Taste was kind of underwhelming, a bit too sour to be a comforting dinner meal, and I found it a little overpriced. #veganin2020

Amazing dish. Tofu, pumpkin and noodles were tasty. Love how they added Gingko and edamame too.

Pretty good and worth it! The tofu tastes like egg, but is just tofu. Had a lot of mushrooms.
