Tofu Fried Rice

This is quite literally 30 cents’ worth of tofu. For the $18 or so I paid for the meal, I was surprised and disappointed to see that I could make the exact same dish at home for literally $1.50. The taste was great, but they seriously skimped on the tofu and there’s nothing special or original about this meal. Gordon Ramsay has no idea how to make a creative, balanced vegan meal and it shows. #gordonramsay
