Super yummy fried tofu with noodles and veggies wrapped in rice paper with an incredible peanut sauce 💣

Super good rolls wrapped in rice paper with fried tofu and veggies inside. 2 for $6 so I’ll let y’all decide if that’s a good deal or not. They give you a nice big cup of peanut sauce with it. My only complaint about this place is that they serve everything in single-use plastic containers and give out plastic silverware 🤦🏻‍♂️ so they create a lot of waste that’s just gonna end up in the landfill cuz people need to clean it first before they put in the bin and that’s an impossible ask when you actually have to clean them in order to get all that sauce off 😡 We take ours home to wash and recycle ourselves but you know hardly anyone is doing that. It would be really easy for them to change to using compostable plastic or reusable dishes. Muy buenos rollos de cristal con tofu frito y vegetales adentro de papel de arroz. Dos por seis dólares entonces Uds deciden si es un buen trato o no. Te dan una copita grande de salsa de cacahuate pero es plástico. Mi única queja de este lugar es que te sirven todo en plástico incluyendo los cubiertos 🤦🏻‍♂️ entonces crean mucha basura porque tienes que lavarlos porque están sucios con la sala y todo. Nosotros los llevamos a la casa para lavar pero sabes que la mayoría de la gente no está haciendo eso. Sería muy fácil por ellos a cambiar sus trastes de plástico por los que son compostables o reuitilizables. #englewood #colorado #veganincolorado #gogreenplease
