Sushi in a bowl! Sushi rice with grilled tofu, carrots, cucumber, pickles ginger, Nori and a sesame soy dressing. Packed with flavour and a very genous serving. They've got quite a few vegan options which are different to the norm so I'm quite excited to go back to try more. #eattherainbow #sushi #yummy
