Tofu Bibimbap (veganised)

I ordered this without the egg so the auntie gave me more tofu slices! Honestly, the rice was mushy and quite sad to eat :”( The tofu slices also lacked flavour. Overall, I think the whole dish is poorly seasoned so I was quite disappointed 😞
