Tofu Beancurd With Sweet Potato And Taro Balls

This dish comes with yin yang (tofu beancurd + grass jelly) with read bean, taro & sweet potato balls. I added matcha mini balls (it’s a rly good addition)! I checked with the ladies over the counter and she shared that the tofu beancurd was made in store and is vegan (I asked if it had milk, she said no!) I love this dish. It’s so slightly sweet, and so smooth and silky.
