Tofu & Mushroom Hirata

Wow, what an amazing side to accompany my ramen. The bun was lovely and soft, and the tofu and mushroom flavours were very tasty. Really love this place! #hiratabuns #veganlondon

One of my favourite starters! The bao bun is light and fluffy, like biting into a cloud ☁️ the tofu is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the mushrooms complement the dish perfectly! Super recommended.

Very flavourful tofu and mushroom bao bun, accompanied by a spicy sauce. Would definitely eat again.
