Tofu and falafel benedict (Tasting menu)

This is not really a benedict but is just a fun way to describe it. It is served with a cashew cream which I really enjoyed with the falafel. I also added some chilllies in olive oil on top of it. It was hearty and nutritious. #abillionturns3
