Tofu and Cashew Curry

A mild #vegancurry with #brownrice, #tofu, #veggies and #cashew. There were a generous amount of cashews but the #chickpeas were a bit undercooked for me. Let's see how that digests 😬 Filling and the coconut yogurt raita was a nice addition although I didn't taste it much mixed with everything else. It wasn't spicy but I added some chili and ate it with a little spicy sauerkraut. 75k #bali
