Tinga Vegetariana Burrito

This was a large and delicious burrito that hit the spot during a long travel day. It was filled with mushrooms, zucchini, corn, cabbage, rice and beans. It also includes sour cream or chipotle aioli, which I requested to be left out. It was larger and heavier than I thought and the flavor was decent. Not bad for airport food but if I got this at a regular restaurant it would have gotten a lower rating. #burrito #airportfood #travel
