Veggie Tacos

Was pleasantly surprised by this taco! 🌮 🤩 it was super fresh and tasty - had to add some Tabasco to make it more spicy 🔥 but that is just a preference. The only fault is that the jackfruit could have been prepared a bit better. It tasted very briney like it just came out the tin or jar 😬 they should have added a bit of a char on it and cooked it in a nice BBQ sauce 😋

Coriander pulled jackfruit with all the usual taco garnish. There is a veggie and vegan version, so you need to ask for the vegan one. The coriander is very strong so if you are not a fan, keep that in mind. It’s a nice dish, more than enough for one person. It costs 100 rand. #veganisnotscary
