My son and I are both vegetarians and holidays can be a bit stressful for
us, considering we’re the only meat-free people in the family. But this year, we ordered pre-made Thanksgiving meals from our local veg restaurant, The Zenith. All we had to do was heat it up when we were ready, and we were all set! Homemade seitan turkey, the most flavorful stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots and fresh cranberry sauce - I was so stuffed, that “seconds” wasn’t even a consideration. Also, I didn’t feel like absolute crap for the rest of the night either! Oh did I mention we capped off dinner with a huge hunk of pumpkin bundt cake, also included? Soooooo satisfying.
