I found the red curry base was a little on the sweet side so not sure how healthy it is if you're trying to cut down on sugar.

Full of veggies, creamy, coconuty, on the sweet side, so tastes more like a Thai

curry. It comes with brown rice, but I ordered extra paratha (super buttery and flaky).
