A couple days ago, I went to The Vegan Pantry
in Barrie for the first time in a while. They have so many great offerings. Admittedly, I’m not fond of a couple items, but the record with their desserts is unblemished!! Their desserts are awesome!!
One of several desserts / treats I got was a Nutty Marshmellow Bar (I think “Marshmellow” is incorrectly spelled, but this is how it’s spelled on my receipt). I don’t think my photos truly show how delicious this treat actually was. It was big, heavy, beautiful and fresh! It was extremely decadent, rich and very marshmellowy too. There was no shortage of marshmellows in it. I wanted to get a second one, but opted for another type of dessert instead. I will definitely be tempted to get this again next time, although the store switches up its offerings.
While in the store, I unfortunately forgot to take some photos to showcase the offerings. I met the owner and head chef / preparer; he’s seemed so nice and friendly. 😊 I’ll return to support this small business.
