I dropped in to The Vegan Pantry in Barrie,
Ontario, and walked out with too many desserts. Perhaps the most unique was this Hello Dolly Bar. I have no idea why it’s called that. But it doesn’t matter; it was good and it was loaded with flavour. It had a graham cracker crumb crust, chocolate, walnuts (maybe some other nuts too), I think there was a sugary coating too. I can’t remember if there was some coconut in it as well. But whatever was in it, the combination of ingredients worked very well together.
You really can’t go wrong with any of the desserts / sweets / treats at The Vegan Pantry. They’re all very good, but probably poor for your waistline. 😜 Self-control is required!
