The Vegan Hash

I thought it was hash brown so I was a bit disappointed that it was only sautéed sliced potatoes 🥔. Otherwise it’s ok but I will try something else next time.

Was expecting hash browns but really enjoyed the little potato and kumara roasties in this. Comes with capsicum, green beans, and marinated tofu, micro-greens, and hollandaise. Looks absolutely beautiful and tasted just as good. I only wish the portion was a little bigger! $18 NZD
