The classic "toasted chicken mayo" was a fave of mine for a naughty lunch treat.
I am so glad I have a vegan version of it but BETTER. The Vegan Chef have got rheir flavour on this sandwhich perfectly!

My favourite toastie at the moment. Loved the texture of the Chickn, Smokey bacon and
the tangy sauce. I ordered my meal from the hot online menu which was super convenient. Want to try the mince & cheese toastie next.
