This is very hearty, every single spoonful is choke-full of good things like: chickpeas, kidney

beans, lentils, corn, pumpkin, tofu and more! They definitely do not skimp on the ingredients here 🌱🌽🥕🥦
The lady at the counter warned that it is a bit spicy, but if you can take even just a little bit of spice, this should be a breeze for you.
You have the option to add on cheese, sour cream and tortilla pieces but I personally think this dish doesn’t need it!

My favorite part of this dish was the warm bread roll tbh. The vegan chili

was definitely soulful but the beans and chickpeas didn't seem fully cooked (a bit hard usually) and it needed a lot of salt and a bit of a kick to make it really taste like a chili.
