One of the SouperChef Specials this season! Warm comforting soup filled with lots of vegetables,

beans, mushroom and beancurd. Was expecting the soup to be a little thicker for a gumbo.

One of the new seasonable dishes at The Soup Spoon. Was pleasantly surprised by the

addition of tempeh, since I didn’t read it in the soup ingredients list. Was quite a hearty bowl of soup — will gladly have it any day :)
